Susan Junker – Transaction Coordinator and My Personal Asst.
You will get to know Susan well in the process of my selling your home. She’s my contracts to close right hand. She is extremely efficient and organized. Your file will be pristine with every contract and paper in its place. All your i’s will be dotted and your t’s will be crossed. You will be impressed with how “on top of things” she is. Susan’s most popular response to me is “I’ve done it” and “It’s done”. She will gather all the paperwork, put your home listing into the HAR MLS and the office, arrange to have photographs & measurements taken, flyers & home book made, make arrangements with the showing service, have a sign in your yard and a lockbox on your door before she even really gets started. Her attention to detail and years of experience in the Title company business make her the perfect person to take your file from contract to close.
Tina Oberkfell – Client Care Coordinator and Virtual Asst.
Tina’s motto is “A stranger is a friend she hasn’t met yet”. If you’re also buying a home in the area, she will design a personalized “Home Search Website” for you. Within your website, you can save favorites, possibilities, make notes on each listing, and even get a map to the listing. Tina is in charge of the extensive internet marketing that I do and helps bring the many “Internet home shoppers” and your home together. She makes sure that my websites (and your home listing) stay in the forefront for all those buyers. She also coordinates with the many out of state home buyers that I get from these websites so that they “come on down” and see just how perfect your home is for them. Tina has years of experience in real estate and was even a Realtor herself. Like me, she’s lived in The Woodlands area forever and knows it like the back of her hand. What better person to help you find your dream home in the area or help buyers find their dream home in yours?
Brittany Martin – Listings Extraordinaire
While Susan will put your home listing into the HAR MLS and Keller Williams’ nationwide websites, Brittany will ensure that your home is listed on my personal websites, Woodlands Online, and the over 30 nationwide and even worldwide top home search websites that I advertise your home on. She’ll make your home sound and look so good that you might feel like you didn’t realize you should appreciate it so much. Her listing descriptions have people emailing from all over, saying things like, “I want the exquisite patio home with pool” or “The dream home with granite and slate gourmet kitchen sounds perfect!”. Sometimes it takes a few emails just to get the address out of them. They just remember how perfect it sounds!
Many times people ask me how I do it all. Well, there are a few of my little secrets!
